What is personal coaching?

Coaching is action and solution-oriented, that’s focused primarily on both the present and the future. The “answers” that you are looking for come about through the work done in our joint coaching partnership. Meaningful change, growth and transformation may not happen overnight and in some instances will feel like one step forward and two steps back, here our role is to remain true. As your coach we are your anchor, a trusted partner and critical friend that provides a steady source of guidance, support and reassurance.

From a big picture perspective, the goals and aims of coaching include:
